Interdisciplinary Global Health Researcher

I earned my PhD in Health Economics (Mainz University, Dr. rer. pol.) after studying Food and Resource Economics (Bonn University, M.Sc.) and European Studies (Maastricht University, B.A.).

My work focuses on the identification of causal associations between environmental conditions in early life, starting at its earliest stages in utero, and health and human capital outcomes over the entire life course. I am also involved in projects evaluating associations between vaccinations and neurodegenerative diseases among the elderly.
